About Sea Sculpt Club

More than a workout.
It’s a lifestyle.

Founded on the sand, built on connection. Here's the story behind the mat.

Our Story

Started with one matand an early tide.

Sea Sculpt Club was created from a desire to make Pilates feel more accessible, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.

Our founder wanted to bring together two of her greatest loves — Pilates and the beach — to create an experience that goes beyond a traditional workout. There is something incredibly peaceful about moving outdoors, especially by the ocean. The sound of the waves, the fresh air, and the feeling of the sand beneath you make it easier to slow down, release stress, and become completely present in your movement.

That feeling is at the heart of every Sea Sculpt class.

What makes the experience even more special is the community that forms around it: neighbors becoming friends, brides-to-be celebrating with their closest people, and teams stepping away from their inboxes to reconnect and recharge.

Every class is designed to feel welcoming for first-timers while still offering a meaningful challenge for regulars. Sea Sculpt Club is more than a workout — it is a full-body experience created to help you move, breathe, reset, and leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.

What We Stand For

Our Values

01

Movement for everyone

All levels, all bodies, all backgrounds. If you can breathe, you can flow with us.

02

Community over competition

No mirrors, no comparisons — just a shared mat and the same horizon.

03

Real, unfiltered connection

Phones down, feet in the sand. We build moments that outlast the class itself.

Meet the Founder

AmandaCavadas.

Hi, I’m Amanda Cavadas! I’m a certified Pilates instructor and the founder of Sea Sculpt Club, with a passion for mindful movement—and, of course, the beach.

Growing up as a dancer and gymnast, I always loved moving beautifully while challenging my body. Soccer brought out my competitive fire and love of being part of a team. Later, lifting weights and running made me fall in love with the adrenaline and the feeling of getting stronger.

When I first tried Pilates, it brought the dancer back out in me—the beautiful lines, the control, and the connection to my body. Discovering strength-based Pilates felt full circle. I could channel my inner fighter while enjoying mindful movement, breathwork, and a focus on form and mind-to-muscle connection.

I absolutely fell in love with instructing because I love motivating and inspiring others to start their fitness journey. My classes combine strength, sculpt, and Pilates, with options to meet you wherever you’re at. I’ll always encourage you to challenge yourself and get stronger, while making sure you leave feeling a little lighter mentally—and definitely sore the next day, in a good way!
